Mission Statement
The Family-Owned Business Mission Statement was crafted by 2nd Generation Lermans who worked in the company to establish guidelines concerning family policies related to the business.
As time passes and the business evolves, we periodically review and update the Mission Statement to reflect our current values and goals.
We encourage all family members to read and familiarize themselves with the Mission Statement to ensure a shared understanding and commitment.

"Our goal is to continue to operate a successful business which provides superior Long Term Returns on Investment. These Returns on Investment will help to supplement family members’ income. We hope to provide business opportunities, enabling individual family members to grow personally and professionally. We also hope that the business will help to sustain family unity and closeness. A strong and unified family is critical to the ability of ownership to continue to work together effectively."
